manufacturers improving or slightly changing the product. |

| Discontinued items will be removed from your order and a credit

| Transportation charges for any
order over $500.00 or more and all back orders will be prepaid |
| and allowed when scheduling
and routing are left to our discretion. |

Canceling Your Order

Return Goods Policy
Approval must be obtained and a Return Goods Authorization
Number must be granted before returned merchandise
will be accepted. Full credit will be granted on merchandise
shipped in error or defective.
All items considered for return (excluding damaged or defective
items) must be in mint condition and in original packaging.
A restocking charge of 15% may be charged for returned items at
the discretion of VGM Inc. The customer will be liable
for the shipping costs for returned goods. A refund check may be
issued in lieu of a credit card credit,
No approval for return after 10 days. |
